The debtors and invoicing administrator is accountable for verifying and calculating the invoice values, creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers by all necessary means, and updating customer files.

  • Installer payments
  • Reconcile all ad hoc invoicing revenue and cost of sales
  • General finance duties

Experience/knowledge

  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Prompt and timeous
  • Great attention to detail
  • Structured and organised
  • Reconciliation capabilities
  • Knowledge of general ledger transactions and reconciliations

Qualifications:

  • Matric/ Grade 12 with maths and accounting is a must
  • Completed or partially completed tertiary accounting or finance qualification
  • 4-5 years’ accounting/creditors/debtors experience
  • SOLID administration skills
  • Experience in an administration function (within a logistics environment advantages)
  • Experience with technology usage (computer capturing, process compliance, data accuracy, and pressure)
  • Ability to work independently to solve problems arising under pressure and to deadlines.
