New Vehicle Sales Executive – South Africa

Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated new and pre-owned sales executive to join their team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in vehicle sales or a similar sales role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for automobiles and an in-depth knowledge of vehicle features and specifications.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities: 

• Greet and assist customers professionally.
• Present features and benefits of new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.
• Negotiate and close sales, meeting sales targets.
• Stay informed about promotions, financing options and industry trends.
• Build and maintain a customer database.
• Collaborate with team members for a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in sales training and development.
