Service Advisor – South Africa

Responsibilities: 

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Consult with customers to understand their vehicle service needs
• Provide accurate estimates for service costs and timelines
• Schedule service appointments and manage work orders
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service tasks
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles
• Address any questions or concerns raised by customers
• Uphold dealership standards for quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Matric certificate     
• Driver’s licence
• Previous experience in automotive service or customer service preferred
• Experience working with the Toyota brand and knowledge of their service requirements is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in computer systems and automotive service software
